I have Pacquiao a 3-2 favorite. I’m pretty confident on this one, as it looks like Cotto was not the same fighter after the thrashing Margarito gave him (with plaster or none, we’ll never know). He might have beaten Clottey, but I can see that he is more hittable as of late. Pacquiao has more momentum and confidence right now, and he strives on large crowds. Notice how Pacquiao performs better if he fights against bigger named opponents (rather than in his tuneups bouts eg. Solis, Larios etc.). But against Morales, De La Hoya and Hatton he comes focus and wins convincingly, he is a special fighter who still have more tricks to learn. Cotto can overpower Pacquiao, but he have to be smart in pressuring Manny, and that is the toughest task.
