i want become either a welterweight, super middleweight or a middleweight. i am training my hands to be quicker, but still have a power behind it, my power is really nice, and i am working on my combos, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, from lows to uppers. i work at it about an hour a day, i first stretch,then work on jabs, combos etc. and i also time myself, and i stretch slowly at the end to relax muscles. but i need to be aware of all the rules, regulations, etc, so i am going to do my studying. if anyone has some tips, or comments. please leave some and im also saving for a speed bag. thanks
